This product is made of higher fatty alcohols, amide, polyether, hydrocarbon and other substances through a special process refined into a general-purpose non-silicon defoamer. Its advantage is that it can quickly penetrate into the liquid, and quickly diffuse, eliminate the stubborn foam produced by a variety of surfactants. In a strong base and at high temperature, it can defoam stably and avoid foam regeneration for a long time. It changes the disadvantages of the residual silica spots of the silicone defoamers, such as ink, paper coating, dyestuff, chemical synthesis, sewage treatment, medium-high temperature spray cleaning industry, knitting oil, ore washing, etc. It can also be used in large-sized, medium-sized and small-sized ethylene plant for defoaming.
It is widely recommended to be used in acrylic production, PVC polymerization process, styrene butadiene rubber unit monomer recovery styrene degassing system and many other chemical industry product production process added. XPJ900 is also used in chlorosulfonated polyethylene unit condensation, polyethylene glue liquid defoaming agent. Shake and pack the products properly before using, pour in or drop in directly when use; If layered mixing is used after evenness, it does not affect the effect.
Recommended dosage 1-3‰ .
This product is non-hazardous goods and it can be stored at room temperature. It cannot be exposed to the sun or placed near the source of heat. The storage period is one year. Packed in 200 kilograms of iron barrels or according to the needs of customer. The agent is valid for two years if stored at room temperature.
