Q: How many years of your stack battery warranty?
Re: We provide 10 years for our stack battery based on room temperature 25ºC and 1C discharge and 0.5C charge, the cycle life of the battery pack can exceed 4000 cycles.
Q: What is your battery warranty condition?
Re: 1. Resending new battery or refund within the first year if something is wrong(cannot be repaired) with the quality of the product.
2. Provide free accessories in the 2nd~5th years.
3. Provide remote technology support lifelong.
Q: Can these battery packs be compatible with my inverter? Do you have a brand list of the inverter which is compatible?
Re: Our battery pack can be compatible with most brands of inverters on the market, like GOODWE, Solis, Growatt, Deye, SOFAR, SOROTEC, Voltronic Power, INVT, and SRNE.
