Horizontal Single Stage Centrifugal Mining Slurry Pump
TZJ Slurry pumps, a new generation of "high efficiency, wear and corrosion resistance, no leakage" products especially for mineral processing application, are developed by the joint cooperation from Tsinghua University, China University of Mining and Technology, and us.
Impeller profile adopts the international advanced solid-liquid two-phase flow velocity ratio theory to get good wear resistance, and high efficiency.
High chromium alloy is applied to the pump material, and the variable wall thickness design is used for the large size parts. It is the combination of mechanical seals and vice impeller for the shaft seal, and the patent technology of "Self Circulation Cooling Assembled Shaft Seal" is applied for the cooling, so it is no need to packing, and also no need to connect the out water source for cooling, by this patent technology the problem of leakage at bearing is resolved completely.
