Application
1. Padding Method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution), Temperature: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: one dip and one pad, or two dips and two pads
2. Dipping Method:
Dosage: 3~8 % (o.w.f.) (10% solution) Temperature: 40ºC~50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30min
Storage & Packing
1. Store in a cool, shaded area with a shelf life of 12 months.
2. Packaged in a 25kg plastic woven bag for convenience and protection.
Intermiscibility with other auxiliary agents and process adjustments should be tested initially, with modifications based on the results.

Hot Water Preparation: Gently introduce the flakes into room temperature water at a 5~10% ratio. Stir continuously while heating gradually to a temperature range of 65-75ºC. Maintain slow stirring until fully dissolved, which takes approximately 30-60 minutes. The solution is then ready for use.
