Product Name: Gelcoat HS-NC Series
1. Brief Introduction:Gelcoat products are polyester based, resin coatings used to provide a smooth, high quality finish on the surface of afiberglass part. Huake offers a range of gelcoat products designed to provide long lasting durability in critical use applications.
HS-NC series is a kind of ISO/NPG gel coat. The gel coat has the characteristics of great water resistant and UV resistant and is suitable for spray(S) and hand-lay up(H). HS-NC series color gelcoats have gained a reputation in the industry for delivering the best balance of properties in a high-performance, low-HAP marine gelcoat. Not only do the HS-NC series colors have great gloss, color, and blush performance, but they are also easy to repair and use.

1) The casting is made according to GB/T8237-2005; Curing System: Accelerator KC(0.6%Co/Naph): 1.5% ; Hardener AKZO M-50: 1.5%;
2) Post curing: RT×24hrs +60ºC×3hrs+110ºC×1hrs.
1) Stir well before use! Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Stored in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC.
2) Keep sealed to prevent moisture pick-up and monomer loss. Prolonged storage outside of recommended conditions can influence liquid resin properties like viscosity and gel time.
3) Transportation should fit the State Council "Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations". Because it contains styrene monomer, it is hazardous and inflammable.
