Working principle
In this equipment, gas and water are not in direct contact, gas is flowing in the pipe, while cooling water is flowing between the pipe, that is, gas goes through the pipe and water goes through the shell. The gas with temperature at 65~90ºC is cooled by cold circulating water at 20~40ºC. During the process, some water vapor and light tar are precipitated, and these condensed water and light tar are discharged through the outlet of condensate.
Since the water in the cooler is not in contact with the gas, the cooling water only increases in temperature and is not contaminated. Using a cooling water circulation system, the heated water could be cooled and reused. Not only will water resources be saved, but the environment will not cause pollution.
Composition
It is mainly composed of a tube box, heat exchange tube box and lower tube box. The path of the gas is upper in and lower out, while the path of the water is lower in and upper out. The gas is mixed by the heat exchanger box and then discharged from the outlet.
