Flat Sheet Membrane MBR Module
Module Introduction
Flat sheet membrane module structure includes two parts of membrane element box and areation case:
1. Membrane element box: the main function is to collect the MBR system of water production
A. Membrane elements
B. A set of pipes: centralized filtered water from each hose is connected to the outlet pipe, processing;
C. Hose connecting the film element and a set of pipes;
D. Fixed plate membrane element, membrane element placed vibration and floating;
E. Spoiler: membrane element distance fixed.
2. Aeration case: the main function of the gas water mixture, scour surface, reduce or prevent membrane fouling and provide biochemical oxygen demand. The aeration pipe: cleaning air film surface.
The Characteristics of Flat Sheeet Membrane
1. Preprocessing requirments is low, long service life of membrane, the surface is not easy to jam, easy maintenace
2. Under the condition of high concentration of activated sludge can run nomrally, can reduce the aeration tank volume
3. Daily mangement is simple, do not need to back flush, only 1 or 2 times a year to clean
4. Membrane filtration resistance is low, can take advantage of the liquid level difference work, omit suction pump and can reduce energy comsumtion
5. Can design become more compact two-layer structure, reduce the device volume, and reduce the construction cost
