MBR: Hollow Fiber Membrane BIo Reactor Curtain Type
MBR Moulde is also called Membrane Bio-Reactor, it is a new technology that introduces membrane moudle into traditional biological waste water treatment technology, MBR is the most advanced and efficient water treatment technology , which can take place of secondary sedimentation tank and further remove the organice/ nitrogen and phosphorus.
JHM-MBR is based on the hollow fiber membrane with enhanced lining, and developed high-end MBR, with the characteristics of high machenical strength/ stable water quality/big flux and long service life,etc. it is the idea core device to realize MBR processl.

The standard membrane module is composed of a bracket (SUS304), catchment pipe (ABS) and membrane elements.
Membrane module using pulse flow aeration, effectively reduce the accumulation of the sludge on the membrane silk end, increase the area of effective permeable membrane;During the recovery of chemical cleaning membrane, membrane silk strength support high pressure water washing, to remove adhesive on the membrane silk fiber and harden sludge, shorten the chemical cleaning, soaking time, improve the effect of membrane restorative cleaning (cleaning recovery rate can reach more than 98%).
