Product Description
Use Siemens PLC and touch screen to achieve automatic control, you only need to input related parameters (taping length, pitch, taping layers, taper head size, taping speed) by touch screen, without manual intervention. The touch screen can be animated to show the wrapping parameters and processes during taping.
This machine consists of a bed body, lead support frame, taping head, power transmission mechanism, and electronic control system.
Technical parameters:
(1) Cable diameter 6-100mm
(2) Wrapping length according to customer requirements (10-12M)
(3) Wrapping speed 0~3m/min
(4) Winding pitch can be set arbitrarily
(5) Lead wire rotation speed 0~150r/min
(6) Tension control: 0~50N.m can be set automatically
Equipment use: Siemens PLC and touch screen are used to achieve full automatic control. Only relevant parameters (wrapping length, pitch, number of wrapping layers, taper head size, wrapping speed) need to be input through the touch screen to achieve automatic wrapping.
No manual intervention is required during the wrapping process. During the wrapping stage, the touch screen can animate the wrapping parameters and process.
