1. This equipment changes the softness of toilet paper, facial tissue and napkin paper, and can produce moisturizing napkin with different ratio of softener material. Napkin can increase softness, make the product more advanced and double the profit.
2. The equipment adopts frame wall board type, thick and strong, and effectively improves the stability of the whole machine under high speed operation.
3. The whole machine with wall type panel,driven by and independent motor,and the tension control can be operated on the PLC.
4. Rewinding smoothly and without crease, and adopts the jumbo roll broken paper detection.
5. Coating material evenly and won't leak lotion.

1. Installation -Engineer Schedule confirmed 7 days before machinery arrival ,7-10days for installation depend on the machine operation difficulty .
2. Training The seller will send technicians to the buyer's factory to install and adjust the machine. The seller is responsible for the round-trip air ticket wages, and the buyer pays the technicians' accommodation (board and lodging) and transportation (bus fare, etc.). (If the technician is required to go there for the second time, the cost shall be borne by the buyer). The buyer should prepare electricity, gas source, raw materials, etc. before the arrival of the technician.
