Product Name: DP-1102T(LS) Unsaturated Polyester Resin
1. Brief Introduction:DP-1102T(LS) is a low styrene emission unsaturated polyester resin designed for acrylic bonding layers. It features low viscosity, pre-acceleration, thixotropy, and good workability. The curing exothermic peak temperature is low, and it bonds well with acrylic sheets, with a low shrinkage rate with the finished product. It is suitable for FRP reinforcement layer for the hand lay-up/spray-molded acrylic sanitary ware.

1) The DP-1102T series are thixotropic resins. During storage, the thixotropic agent will settle, and itis necessary to stir before use to redistribute it evenly.
2) The DP-1102T series is suitable for use with bathroom panel materials such as pure acrylic sheets and acrylic-ABS composite sheets. It is not suitable for alloy sheets or sheets made from a blend of **** and PVC. Before use, it is essential to ensure that it bonds well with the selected panel material.
5. Storage:
1). Before use, the resin should be stored in its original packaging (to avoid opening or damaging the barrel) in a cool place below 25ºC, with a shelf life of 6 months.
2). Increased temperature and exposure to light can significantly reduce the storage period. During storage, avoid ignition sources and keep away from heat sources and open flames.
