Product Description
PX 2000C is a new design rolling machine for SWG IR and OR. It has 3 driving rings. and the PLC size control system make the ring diameter tolerance very good. It can ring roll any size outer ring or inner ring by single run. Producing range is diamter 180-4000mm. Thickness 2mm, 3mm and 4mm. Ring width: 6-60mm.
Suitable for volume-produce.
Comparing with PX2000D-2 bending machine, PX2000C is more suitable for small quantity and many different size inner and outer ring production. And it's also recommended to use together with PX2000D-2 automatic bending machine. There will be waste material during the adjusting a new ring size on PX2000D-2 automatic bending machine, but PX2000D-2 machine can only use straight steel material, PX2000C bending machine can bend rings to smaller or bigger even it's already in round shape, this will help to use the waste material from PX2000D-2 bending machine.
