This kind of slitting machine is fit for slitting and rewinding all kinds of medical tape automatically, such as non woven tape, silk tape,zinc oxide plaster, fabric medical tape,PE film tape etc.The paper core may be metal core,plastic core and paper core.

3. Taiwan air blade installed to produce zigzag silk medical tape.
4.Separate rewinding shaft to rewind release film of medical tape jumbo roll.

Feature:
- Full-automatic four-shaft exchange is adopted and the efficiency is improved.
- Stepless speed regulation of frequency conversion and three-step length setting provide smooth rewinding operation to ensure accurate rewinding length. It can automatically decelerate and stall when operating at high speed.
- The unwinding tension is adopted with pneumatic braking control.
- The rewinding tension is adopted with the dual control equipped with the clutch and the independent slide setting for free adjustment of the tensile force.
- The curved stretch roller is designed to eliminate tape wrinkling during extension and feeding
