Product Description
The thickener is a solid-liquid separation device based on gravity sedimentation. It is mostly between the selection equipment and filtration equipment to concentrate and can sometimes be used as a dehydration device before concentration. widely used in metallurgy, chemical, coal, non-metal ore dressing, environmental protection and other industries, such as leaching washing equipment of cyanide plant, dewatering operations in the chemical industry and coal preparation plant.
The center transmission thickener consists of the following parts: concentration tank, rake frame, transmission device, rake lifting device, feeding device, discharge device, flocculant adding device and signal safety device.

Features of thickener machine:
1) The drive device adopts vertical cycloidal speed reducer and vertical shaft direct transmission, which has compact structure and high mechanical efficiency;
2) The load of the thickener is carried by the bridge, and the lower end of the overhanging vertical shaft is provided with underwater support to avoid the yaw when the vertical shaft rotates;
3) Set mechanical and electrical double overload protection, safe and reliable operation;
4) Simple operation and remote control;
5) The bridge material is carbon steel (anti-rust paint), and the underwater parts are chrome-nickel stainless steel.
