Automatic Self adhesive sticker labeling machine for single side label to apply labels on single side of square, round or flat products like bottles, glasses bottles, etc.
This machine is equipped with visual inspection system, and can trigger alarm as one of following suitation occurs:
1. bottle fall
2. bottle with label before labeling
3. defected bottle rejection system
4. defected coding inspection system
5. machine stops while bottle jams on the conveyor
Characteristics
1. Simple and compact in design.
2. With PLC control System with Feather touch Keyboard and LCD display
3. Can store up to 16 different programs for setting of different type of bottles.
4. Label release and fixing mechanism to release the label.
5. On line batch coding (Optional)
