Technical Description
The machine is PLC controlled, driven by Hydraulic Motor, full hydraulic pressure and cycled automatically. The temperature can be controlled automatically by pre-selection. The type of injection material is horizontal. It can process multi material as TR, PVC, TPR, TPU.
Mold carrier unit
lMold thickness automatically compensated hydraulic clamping system.
lThree-position (0o-90o-180o) mold rotating head providing multi-mold production capability for single color and two-color with three-layer unit soles, etc.
lUnique rotating head positioning mechanism, providing precise and fast mold positioning.
lUpper and bottom molds ejector units for easy, fast and distortion free sole removal.
lAutomatic sliding unit for flexible and easy, fast and distortion free sole removal.
lAutomatic sliding unit for flexible and easy sole collection and for easy insertion parts placement.
lWith separate cooling systems on three faces rotating head and bottom mole plate, cooling time is shortened and productivity is higher.
