Nitrogen Pumping Unit manufactured by SJGS limited offers various discharge reates and pressure ranges, which is applicable to different techniques requirements in oilfield.
The unit adopts recovery or direct-fired style vaporizer. The units are available in skid mounted, truck mounted and trailer mounted.
The heat recovery vaporizer is utilized for 180K equipments with low discharge rate, which pressure can reach 10000psi. The direct fired vaporizer is utilized for 600K and 1000K pumping units with high discharge rate, which pressure can reach 15,000psi.
The adoption of world famous brands of key components, such as Cryoquip vaporizer,and CAD nitrogen pump, effectively assures its stability of operating performance.
SERVA control system provides overpressure and ultra-low temperature protection to ensure the safety and reliability of the equipment running.
