Overview:
Kaixinlong capsule filling technology has developed the fully automated capsule filling NJP series for economically filling powder, pellets and granulates. The dosing station can sticky and grained powders precisely. The dosing disc thickness changeable for qucik quick adjustment between product formats or
filling amounts.

The working station cam runs under the good lubricating condition, and equipped with the pressure pulverization oil pump, Maintains the inner lubrication of cam slot to a full extent, and decreasing the abrasion, thus extends the operating life of change Parts (While the cam of the normal model runs on the up side, and the bearings are exposures to oil and running in drying condition).
7. Add the extra function of Capsule control switch. (Control the capsule outside of the machine: It's more safely and quickly. )
8. Add the JOG control system, it's easier to operate and clean the machine.
