XPJ970 is an oil pHase silicone defoamer designed for pulping process. Since the product system does not contain water, it is especially suitable for winter pulp mill. The product can quickly eliminate the foam produced by lignin and other surfactants,
accelerate the dehydration process and improve the washing effect of pulp. The product has good solubility with black liquor and does not produce floating and aggregation of silica gel. Improving the quality of pulp is helpful to achieve higher profit and more environmentally friendly pulp production. It is widely used in sulfite bleaching needle, broad-leaved wood pulp, reed pulp, alkaline straw pulp and wheat
straw pulp production process defoaming; It is also applicable to the pulp technology of chemical fiber pulp.

It through metering pump, directly add this product to the head groove of pulp washer, and can also add the product to the outlet of CX sieve pulp machine. The consumption of dry pulp per ton is about 0.1-0.3 KG.
This product is packed in 200KG plastic drum or IBC ton drum. Storage and transportation should be in accordance with the standards of non-hazardous chemicals. it will be valid for two years if stored at room temperature.
