This product is mainly aimed at foaming characteristics and printing and dyeing process of textile size in textile industry(below 80 ºC ). XPJ220 defoamer has good stability and good compatibility with slurry. Weak anionic emulsion can be made according to the requirements of customers. It is widely used in acrylic textile sizing, polyester sizing, high-speed textile sizing, medium temperature printing and dyeing, binder production and other water-based industrial production processes. It is a high cost-effective textile defoamer in the domestic market at present.
1.Used in high temperature and high pressure overflow dyeing machine and other printing and dyeing process.
2.Suitable for defoaming and suppressing bubbles in non-ionon or anionic systems.
3.Can also be used in a wide range of temperature and PH value.
This product can be diluted and prepared by 1: 5. The general dosage is 100-1000ppm. When used in textile slurry,1-2.5‰ is usually added,
which can meet the requirement of long-term storage and defoaming effect.
