XPJ903 is a special safe silicone defoamer for strain culture. Strain culture is the most important part in the bio-fermentation. Because of the high density of strains and the rich nutrients in the medium, serious foam will be produced. In order to ensure the safety of strains, polyether defoamers are not used, and soybean oil defoamers are mostly used. However, the low efficiency and viscosity of soybean oil can easily lead to the hidden trouble of bacteria contamination and influence the amount of dissolved oxygen. XPJ903 defoamer has the characteristics of non-toxicity and harmlessness, and has no adverse effect on any strain. The economic benefit of using XPJ903 defoamer is remarkable. Generally 1KG defoamer can replace 20KG of soybean oil.

It can be directly batched into the tank, the general dosage is between 0.3-0.8‰ in batching volume, which can meet the requirements of defoaming in the whole process.
This product should be packed in 25KG plastic bucket or 200KG coated iron bucket. Storage and transportation should be in accordance with the standards of non-hazardous chemicals. It will be valid for two years if stored at room temperature.
