RTTS packer is a large diameter, bidirectional pressure packer, mechanical suspension seat seal packer. Design used for the formation testing, acidizing, cementing plug operations, RTTS packer in time to go down to complete a variety of functions operating.
RTTS Packer is extensively used to well testing, HP acidification, cementing, other oil formation improvement and so on.
Structure feature:RTTS Packer has advantage of HT/HP resistance, sealing well, compacted in design, reliable setting,
small unset power and etc. Accomplish many function operations on one single trip, and high success rate of performance
in oil sites.
RTTS Packer is a kind of large drift diameter, packoff two-way pressure, hanging packer. It is designed to be drill stem test, acid treatment, cementing plug well. With large drift diameter, the pump flows plenty of fluid under smaller pressure. It also can get through the tubing perforating gun. So the RTTS packer can complete various of works during descending the well. Generally the RTTS packer matches RTTS circulating valve to be used, and with RTTS safety joint. There are many specifications of 4 1/2", 5", 5 1/2", 6 5/8", 7", 7 5/8", 8 5/8", 9 5/8", etc.
It mainly composes of J-slot transposition pole, mechanical slip, packoff rubber sleeve and hydraulic anchor mechanism. The hydraulic anchor mechanism can prevent that the packer pushes the tools off the borehole under the overload pressure below the packer. With the friction block and automatic j-slot cover structure.
The fluid column pressure is greater than the downhole formation pressure, remove hydraulic anchor structure of the multifunction packer, and replace the testing joint. It can change the multifunction testing packer with the same specifications
