PLC Horizontal Paper and Film Slitting Machine
1. Functions and Characteristics: This machine is suitable for slitting and rewinding such various roll materials as BOPP, PET, CPP, PVC, aluminum foil and craft paper, etc. And can cut edge, separate and cut material according to different requirements during production.
2. Performance and Characteristics:
1. Main Motor: Vector motor with inverter controller.
2. Independent master control panel, more flexible and easier operation.
3. Automatic EPC for unwinding, photocell is suitable for tracking the edge and the printed line of material.
4. Equipped with air shaft for unwinding material loading, magnetic powder brake for unwinding tension control
5. Air shaft for rewinding, Magnetic powder clutch for rewinding tension control
6. Equipped with air trim discharge conveying system.
7. Automatic meter counting device.
8. Pressure roller for rewinding to make rewinding roll more uniform.
9. Disk knife and razor kinfe are both avaiable.
