This line consists of extruder( including cold water container), first stretching device, heating device, the second stretching device, coiling machine, ect… The matching devices for production process are complete, so it can continuously finish the whole procedures from putting material to separate yarn into axes.
2. This line matched resin molecular bond guidance process, so the finished yarns have the advantages of high strength and stable quality.
3. According to different technological requirements, set and automatically control the heating temperature of screw cylinder and die.
4. These two stretching devices have the automatic full speed system and linear velocity display function, so the machine can choose reasonable speed according to different technological requirements.
