Semi Aliphatic PU INK BINDER
1. Application and Characteristics
This ink binder is a is a non active semi aliphatic film-forming type polyurethane resin. It is used to make flexo surface printing ink on coroner treated OPP, PET and PA films; also can be used to make gravure laminating ink.
The ink used this PU resin has the following characters:
1. Good adhesion on films.
2. Excellent alcohol solubility.
3. Good solvent releasing ability.
4. Good matching with NC resin.
5. Film forming type
6. semi aliphatic type, with good heat resistance.
7. Meet food safelty requriment for food package printing

3. Suitable Substrates
It is suitable for BOPP (Corona treated), PET, NY, CPP, PVDC and so on.
4. Compatibility
In general, It has demonstrated good compatibility with the resins, Vinyls, Cellulose acetate butyrate, Alkyd resins, Maleic resins, Epoxy resins, Vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer (VC/VAC, Vinyl Resin), Polyvinyl butyral and other aldehyde ketone resins. To some pigment, add GM8088 after grinding.
5. Solubility
It is soluble in the ester type, ketone type and aromatic hydrocarbons type solvents.
