Our torque anchor is mainly consists of upper sub, anchor, centralizer, reed and mandrel etc. When the screw pump
rotates, torque anchor can effectively avoid the tubing-rotate. It has the characteristics of simple
structure, simple installation, working flexible, safe anchoring, widely used in anchoring of screw
pump and anchor of tubing of tubular pump.
when install the toos:
1 Using suitable anchor according to size of casing, connect at the bottom of pump stator.
2 Running direction: BOX thread UP, PIN thread DOWN, fasten tight.
3Running pump stator at designed depth, rotate clockwise with torque of 400N·M,then fix the tubing string with wellhead, anchoring completed.
