Phosphorus Free Chelation Dispersing Agent for Special Auxiliary of Water Treatment

This product is made of plant-derived sodium carboxylate and polycarboxylic acid compound, which does not contain phosphorus and has high chelating value and stable chelating ability for heavy metal ions such as calcium ions, magnesium ions and iron ions, especially in the presence of high temperature, strong alkali, oxidant and electrolyte, it can still play a stable chelating role.

[Application range]

1. When it is used in the scouring process of pure cotton and its blended fabrics, it is not only suitable for the traditional process, but also can meet the current high standard requirements of cold pad batch pretreatment, desizing and boiling one bath pretreatment, and one-step pretreatment process of high-efficiency desizing, boiling and bleaching.          
2. It is suitable for various pretreatment, dyeing and soaping of knitted fabrics, yarns and woven fabrics.         
3. It can effectively prevent the damage of iron ions on the fiber during oxygen bleaching, improve the strength and whiteness of the fabric.
4. It is helpful to disperse and permeate the dyes, prevent the dyes from agglomerating into color spots or spots, make the dyed fabric or yarn have uniform color, pure and bright color, and improve the quality of dyed products.          
5. In soaping process, it can remove the floating color of dye, prevent the dye from being contaminated again, and improve the color fastness of the product. It has obvious synergistic effect when used in the same bath with other anionic and nonionic auxiliaries.          
6. It can improve water quality. When the dosage is small, it can be used as softener with excellent performance.
