1-Naphthaleneacetamide is white odorless crystal.
The melting point is 180-184.C.
It is solute in ethanol, and IPA,and sparing soluble in water, insoluble in carbon disulfide and diesel.
Mode of actions: The NAD is absorbed through the stem, leaves of the plants, the conduction is slow, it can cause the forming of the peduncle absciss layer, therefore, it has an excellent effect on fruit regulator and keeping especially for apple and pear, also it can develop the roots system.
Application:
NAD (1-Naphthaleneacetamide ) is a kind of Naphthyl-type plant growth regulator.Widely Used as a plant growth regulator, used as a good vegetable and fruit thinning agent, used as Rooting agents for apples, pears, peaches, grapes, and ornamental crops are usually mixed with other rooting agents.
