Multifunctional scouring agent mainly applicable on pretreatment processing of knitting cotton and woven cotton fabrics. It effectively remove impurities on cotton fabrics, improved whiteness, smoothness and achieve soft handle. With this multifunctional scouring agent, there is no need to use soda ash, penetration agent, scouring agent and oxygen bleaching stabilize etc. It simplify the traditional process, higher production efficiency, reduce drainage of waste water.

   Continuous scouring/bleaching method:

multifunctional scouring agent 10-30g/L + 100% peroxide 10-20g/L

dip-padding working liquid →100-102ºC*steaming 60min→washing, neutralization, deoxidization

  Cold pad-patch method:

multifunctional scouring agent 10-30g/L + 100% peroxide 10-20g/L

dip-padding working liquid→roll cold pad-patch 8-12 hours→washing,neutralization,deoxidization 

[Packaging and storage] 

40kg/plastic bag; Sealed and stored in a cool, ventilated and dry place; Storage period is 6 months.
