Ideally suited for an array of applications, our premium varnish is perfect for packaging boxes in the food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetics industries, as well as for magazines and textbooks.
Use Method
1. Begin by mixing thoroughly before use. Allow it to settle for 3-5 minutes before printing. Remember to seal and store it safely after use;
2. Ensure UV curing is carried out immediately post-glazing for optimal results;
3. When sealing the screen, employ a screen cleaning agent to cleanse thoroughly. Ensure complete solvent evaporation before proceeding with printing;
4. For exceptionally thick ink layers, consider the potential for anti-stick issues due to high post-printing heat. Utilize a thousand-layer frame (dry frame) or allow partial heat to dissipate before stacking;
5. Adjust the printing scraper tilt and use the 'stop or screen' function of the printing machine. Mesh thinning and scraper pressure adjustments can enhance the UV varnish thickness. The speed of the UV light fixing machine and ambient temperature will influence surface leveling.
Matters Needing Attention
1. It is advisable to use inks that are solvent resistant, alkali resistant, and alcohol resistant for optimal results;
2. Add a 5%-10% thinner to achieve the desired dilution;
3. If drying is too slow, consider reducing the paper walking speed. Should drying remain incomplete, the UV lamp's power might be insufficient. It's recommended to test with a radiation instrument and replace the lamp after 800 hours of use;
4. This product may cause irritation, so avoid direct skin contact. If contact occurs, cleanse immediately with detergent;
5. Store the product in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated environment, far from heat sources.
