The product realizes the shift of the front end of the push rod by the self-rotating method, and pushes the billet outward at different stations. That is, the push rod itself can complete the forward and backward movement and rotation swing of the push rod. Due to the small weight of the push rod itself, its reciprocating movement and rotation are flexible, reliable, and the inertia is small, meeting the requirements of high frequency (5 rods /min and above frequency) push steel rhythm.
The push rod self-rotating steel pushing machine is composed of a push head 1, a push rod 2, a push rod rotating device, a push rod reciprocating driving and guiding device, a push rod front-end guiding device 3, a frame, etc. The push rod slewing device comprises a push steel slewing pinion 5, a push rod slewing big gear 6 and a push rod slewing driving device 7; The push-rod reciprocating driving and guiding device includes push-rod moving car body 9, chain 10, sprocket 11, main driving device 13, etc. Its working principle: the pusher head 1 installed in the front end of the pusher 2 is in the first pusher position, and the pusher 2 advances, pushes the billet 1 out, and then the pusher 2 backs up; Push rod 2 rotation drives push head 1 to swing to billet 2 position, push rod 2 forward to push billet 2 out, then push rod 2 back, push rod 2 reverse rotation, push head 1 rotation branch starting position, waiting for the next action cycle, and so on.
Self-turning of push rod is the core of the invention of this push steel machine.
