Functional description, cross-sectional view
The proportional relief valve is a remote control valve (pilot valve) with a conical valve core design, which can be used to limit the system pressure. The DBETX proportional relief valve consists of a single solenoid connected to the oil port (filled with pressure) and can be used to limit the system pressure. When the pressure remains basically constant, the system pressure can be controlled steplessly by adjusting the solenoid current on the amplifier board.
Basic principle
The proportional relief valve can adjust the system pressure by the command value on the amplifier board. According to the command value, the amplifier board adjusts the PWM (pulse width modulation) on the DBETX control proportional solenoid (1). The spring (5) between the cone valve core (3) and the valve seat (4) helps to stabilize the small opening pressure. At a constant flow rate (0.7...1L/min), the valve seat (Zhongchuang solenoid converts the current into mechanical force, which acts on the force transmission spring (2) through the armature core and then transmits it to the cone valve core (3). The spring force on the cone valve core and the hydraulic pressure on the valve seat are balanced with each other. The maximum set pressure depends on the structure of the cone valve core and the valve seat hole.
Maximum safety pressure limit:
If the amplifier board fails, the solenoid current (Imax) will exceed the specified range without control. At this time, the system pressure depends on the maximum spring force and will not exceed the specified range.
