Vibratory Trough Finishing Machine
Kafan Vibratory Trough Finishing Machine is applicable for finishing, deburring, rounding and bright polishing for all kinds of parts in large qualities and medium or large size, such as granite, limestone, sandstone, mosaic stone and other stone material.
This machine features a complete line of vibratory tubs. Typically the parts to be processed are placed in the tub individually. Isolating several parts within one machine can be accomplished by using an optional divider plate or several divider plates.

1. This machine is mainly composed of a heavy-duty vibrating motor, a trough container, a base and springs uniformly arranged on the base.
2. Wear-resistant polyurethane lined in the vibratory tub to increase the service life of more than 5 times as well as avoid collisions on the wall and reduce the noise.
3. With high-frequency vibration and regular movement in all directions, the cutting force is strong and the grinding force is uniform.
4. The size of vibratory tumbling machine can be customized according to any requirements.
