Introduction to Metallization Technology
Ceramic surface metallization is a surface treatment process that can effectively improve the properties of ceramic materials. It aims to form a uniform and dense metal film on the surface of ceramic parts to improve its surface properties, such as electrical conductivity, corrosion resistance, and giving it connectivity with metals. This technology is widely used in power electronics and new energy vehicles.

Application Examples
1. Ceramic feedthroughs
Ceramic feedthrough is a sealing device that can pass through the wall of the vacuum chamber and transmit various electric power and electric signals from the atmosphere to the inside of the vacuum chamber. It is widely used in electric vacuum devices.
2. Vacuum interrupters
The vacuum interrupter is a core component of a new type of high-performance medium and high voltage power switch. Through the insulation of the vacuum in the tube, the medium and high voltage circuit can quickly extinguish the arc and suppress the current after the power is cut off, thereby achieving the function of safely turning on/off the circuit and controlling the power grid.
