Product Description
The FIVESTAR Radiator Production Line provides a comprehensive solution for the production of header-type panel radiators. Our designs combine innovative design principles, unique control features, and quality construction to make the machines straightforward, versatile, and affordable.
After the Automated Panel Matching Machine has orientated a panel assembly, it is indexed via conveyor to the single spot welder operation. A semi-circular block rises from the center of the conveyor where panel assembly is then positioned against for alignment of the neck sections. The spot welding process occurs, locking the panels together for subsequent process. The Spot Welding for positioning operation is automated as the panel assembly is indexed from the Automated Panel Matching Machine to the Multi-Spot Welder.

Intended for eight working hours per day:
- for all the components manufactured by us: 12 months after the delivery of the machine (invoice date);
- for all the purchased components: the same warranty supplied to us by the Manufacturer.
