Product Description
RisingSun Membrane is a very professional manufacturer of all kinds of membrane products, such as sanitary spiral membrane element for dairy industry.
The technology "Ultrafiltration" covers a range of membrane pore sizes i.e. cut-off value. The cut-off value generally varies from 0.002 to 0.05 µm or 1,000 to 200,000 Molecular Weight (MW).
Ultrafiltration (UF) is used to concentrate all large molecules like fat and protein and reduce the content of lactose and minerals by selecting a membrane with a specific pore size between fat/protein and lactose/minerals. These products are normally referred to as Milk Protein Concentrate (MPC) or Milk Protein Isolates (MPI). Diafiltration is often used here to increase protein to dry basis ratio in order to reach for example MPC 85.
Our spiral-wound UF membrane elements, designed for dairy processes, are based on recognized materials that secure optimum separation, superior flux, long element lifetime, high mechanical strength and good cleaning properties. We have Ultrafiltration membrane from 5,000, to 200,000 Dalton. The membrane material is PES.
