Application:
It is suitable for different screening process of a variety of slurry to achieve fine screening.
Design Features:

JS series outflow screen is especially suitable for fine screening of waste paper pulp. The screen/sieve basket adopts a high-strength wedge wire type, with large slurry throughput and long service life. The rotor adopts a multi-wing rotor or a cylindrical rotor, and the pulse frequency is high, which is beneficial to the cleaning of the screen gap. Extend the action time of the negative pressure pulse to ensure the continuous operation of the screening process. The specially designed pressure screen rotor can effectively avoid the enrichment phenomenon during the screening process.
The removal rate of impurities such as stickies is high.

The most proper wedge wire will be selected based on different raw materials and screening position to develop good performance and achieve optimized screening cut by meeting customers' demands. Our material of wedge wire is using SS316L and no fiber string after mechanical polishing, while good machining ensures good matching of wedge wire and support ring, which ensure evenness for screening cut.
