Features

  This machine integrates the wrapping, folding and pressing bubbles of the paper box. It uses the servo drive helical gear and CAM to complete the continuous action, stable and smooth, precise and durable. It is a relatively reasonable forming machine at present, and it is also a wise and necessary model for the majority of gift box manufacturers.

Ten functional features

1. Spindle, parting die, brush roller, flanging, pressing bubble are all driven by servo, stable and quiet operation. Smooth and fast.

2. Unique CAM, cylinder two box body defoaming function, can choose one or two bubbles according to the situation. Gas storage adjustable bottom die lifting design, the bottom of the carton debubbling force can be adjusted and controlled.

3. Helical gear drive spindle action, stable, accurate, fast country, high output long service life, the whole machine can achieve playback type slow motion operation, and the CAM mechanism can obtain smooth movement. It can also be synchronized when the speed changes, making it easier to observe the production process when debugging.

4. The folding ear action can be matched 80mm, the guide rail and the cylinder, the precision is high, the stroke can be customized, and it can adapt to the production needs of different products.

5. The pressure of the vacuum box is adjustable, and the size can be selected with different pressures, which is conducive to the smoothness and speed of the manual box.

6. Fast mold change machine design, program memory function, 15 minutes to complete the version.

7. Imported grating protection, fault alarm, fault zone display, to ensure the safety of operation.

8. Thickened platform, thickened frame, CNC machining center completed. Ensure operational stability and assembly standardization.

9. No change of folding knife and bubble plate, from small to large cartons can be used.

10. The adjustment mode can be manual or upgraded to automatic, and the locking mode is optional.
