Product Description
Polyimide tape, based on polyimide film as the backing material, using imported silicone pressure sensitive adhesive, with high and low temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, solvent resistance, electrical insulation (H class), radiation and other properties.It is suitable for soldering soldering of electronic circuit board, protection of gold finger, insulation of high grade electric appliance, motor insulation, and fixing of positive and negative electrode ears of lithium battery.
The tape is based on polyimide film and coated with high-performance silicone pressure sensitive adhesive on one side. There are two kinds of single-side fluorine plastic release material composite or non-composite materials.Coating precision up to ±2.5um, no scratches, drawing and other phenomena., good shear, easy punching die cutting processing, with excellent high temperature resistance and solvent resistance!
