Application:
The produced PVC, PU, TPE rubber belt production line is mainly used in producing polyurethane rubber belt and other rubber belt. The products has a good elasticity and resistance, and also is of high production efficiency. It can be widely used in automobile, construction, machinery and other industries.
Working Process:
Raw material → Single-screw extruder →extrusion mould →vacuum calibration table → haul-off → cutter→ Stacker → finished product inspecting & packing
Features of this machine:
Extrusion Equipment:Single screw extruder adopts special high efficient screw, which has high screw speed, yield and plastic capacity.
Extrusion Mould:The special head used in the design of raw material characteristic has the characteristics of uniform material discharging, convenient adjustment, eliminating the extrusion weld mark and so on.
Vacuum Setting Device:The contact parts are made of stainless steel.
Tractor:Two jaw belt type high speed traction machine, it adopts frequency conversion stepless speed regulation to meet the requirements of pipe production for traction stability.
Precision Pneumatic Cutting Machine or Automatic Coiling Machine:According to the requirements of automatic cutting- off or close the sealing strip, it can reduce labor intensity, improve production efficiency.
There are a variety of electrical control systems for selection(such as: PLC automation control system), the characteristics are fast production, stable, simple and easy to operate.
