This state-of-the-art system meticulously examines the appearance of tablet or capsule blister boards and employs cutting-edge rejection software to seamlessly separate defective products, ensuring only the highest quality blister boards proceed beyond our factory doors. Once packaged by the blister packaging machine, the blister boards are expertly positioned face down and conveyed to the inspection station via vacuum adsorption transmission. Here, our high-precision camera processing system captures comprehensive images of each blister board, rigorously assessing their quality. Unqualified products are automatically rejected, while the qualified products smoothly advance tothe next stage in the production process.
