[Application scope and technical characteristics]
ZDY6500LF is a double crawler mounted drill rig with high rotation torque and drill capacity. Two components of the rig are drill crawler and pump crawler. Both of the two part can walk with dependent crawlers. With designed turntable under the drill unit, azimuth of the borehole can be adjusted conveniently. The machine is capable to drill all sorts of boreholes using spiral drill rod or flat-outside drill rod. It is also suitable to drill boreholes across the belt conveyor (without remove the conveyor)
[Technical features]
1. Borehole can be drilled by ZDY6500LF without pulling down the belt.
2. Drill height adjustment, range from 1.45m~2.55m; Drill Inclination angle adjustment, range from-90°~+90°; Good manual, all hydraulic control, operating the valve's hand shank.
3. Easy to turn the direction of the rotary unit.
4. Load-sensitive control system to reduce energy consumption and achieve lower cost.
5. High quality hydraulic components(Rexroth and Sauer) maintain system reliability.
6. Stable hydraulic system is achieved by the application of cartridge valves.
7. Feed stroke can be customized, range from 1.25m-1.8m.
8. Drill rods can be deployed both form the back of rotary unit and in front of the rotary unit.

1.Gas drainage borehole drilling in Hujiahe Coal Mine, Heilongjiang, China
Coal seam internal borehole drilling, borehole inclination 10°~16°,120 boreholes were drilled, total drilled distance is more than15000m,max drill depth is 170m,drill efficiency reached 100m in 8 hours.
2.Destressing borehole drilling in Binchang Coal Mine, Shaanxi, China
Various boreholes have been drilled which includes horizontal lateral destressing borehole, drivage covering borehole, floor destressing borehole. Max inclination angle is 90°. 159 experiment boreholes were accomplished. Total drilled distance is more than17800m, max drill depth is 161m,drill efficiency reached 1870m in 8 hours.
