working principle
The gear pair operates to extract the fuel through the filter, pressure regulating valve and nozzle.
Fuel that has not been injected from the nozzles passes through the pressure regulator, either through the return port or back into the gear pair.
For the single-pipe system, since the oil return screw has been removed, the excess fuel will flow back into the gear through the bypass port. The dual pipe system flows back to the tank through the oil return port due to the blockage of the bypass port.
Pressure regulator function:
During the starting process, the fuel flows through the groove of the piston under the action of pressure.
During operation, when the speed reaches a certain level, the speed of the gear is higher than that of the crescent plate. Under the action of pressure, the fuel counteracts the force of the spring, pushes the piston, and flows out of the fuel injection port.
When it is closed, the flow rate will gradually decrease, and when the running speed of the gear is lower than that of the crescent plate, the pressure regulator will be closed under the action of the spring. The opening and closing speed of the pressure regulator depends on the speed of the gear and the fuel pressure.
Exhaust:
Dual-pipe system is automatically vented.
Single-pipe systems need to open the pressure gauge port to vent.
Due to the existence of the bypass injection hole, 1002 has no automatic cut-off function, and it can only be closed when a stop valve is installed.
