Sylic® 107 Silicone Rubber
Product Description
Hydroxy silicone oil is a kind of dealcoholized one-component room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber with fluidity,
which is especially suitable for electronic and electrical encapsulation. During vulcanization, the product does not release
corrosive byproducts and has no adverse effect on electronic and electrical equipment (especially copper materials).
The product is white in appearance, vulcanized into a rubber elastic solid at room temperature, and has good adhesion
performance to various materials such as metals, ceramics, plastics, etc.
Characteristics
1. Aging resistance, odor resistance, corrosion resistance, water resistance, moisture resistance, non-toxic, insulation,
earthquake resistance.
2. Excellent emulsibility, moisture-proof and corrosion-proof demolding performance, molding and demolding of
rubber and plastic products, and use as leather slip agent and release agent, etc.

Overview of Use
1. Insulation, shockproof and moisture-proof encapsulation of electronic and electrical components.

Matters needing attention
1. Personal protection measures: if the material is released, it will cause the risk of slipping. Do not ignore spilled materials.
2. Environmental protection measures: to prevent materials from entering surface water, drainage pipes or non-water
channels and external soil. Use suitable materials (e.g. soil) to block overflow liquid body. Close the leak without danger.
3. Cleaning/collection method: collect by mechanical method and dispose according to regulations.
Small amount: according to local/state/federal regulations, liquid adhesive materials such as diatoms can be used
Soil to absorb and remove. After collecting a larger amount, pump it into a suitable container. Detergents/soaps or
other degradable detergents are used to eliminate mucus chambers attached to walls. Sand or other granular inert
materials are used to improve traction friction.

Sealed in a 200kg iron drum, this product is non-toxic and non-hazardous, transported and stored in a cool (room
temperature) dry place according to general chemicals.
