Lab Small Hot Melt Coating Machine

It is a laboratory mini hot-melt adhesive coating and laminating machine that is assembled and assembled for a high-precision modular coating station mechanism, which can be used for continuous coating proofing or small-scale production. The hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive can be directly coated on a heat-resistant substrate, or on a release paper, and then the adhesive film is transferred to a different surface material, such as paper, plastic model metal film, etc.

Performance characteristics:
1. The whole machine is assembled with high-precision modular coating station structure.
2. Use the dial indicator as an indexing head to finely adjust the upper and lower rubber wheel coating gaps to control the coating thickness. The minimum sizing thickness is 0.01mm. After the thickness is set, the rubber wheel can be locked indirectly to prevent the gap from changing.
3. The maximum coating width is 280mm.
The coating width is adjusted by two Teflon baffles in the glue tank.
It can be coated and glued for an unlimited length and automatically rolled.
