Description of Woven Resin Brake Lining Roll
TL2012 is a semi-flexible Non Asbestos, Non glass fiber Brake Lining with green/brown color for heavy duty applications. The solid composite is woven from several types of Fabric containing brass wire and impregnated with specially developed resins. The dense, tough material exhibits high resistance to heat and wear and excellent stability under load. Especially, it's exhibits very strong tensile strength.
TL2012 is suitable for cast iron and steel working surface.
Application
TL2012 is extensively used in marine and industrial applications. It is suitable for anchor winch, mooring winch and windlass, hoist, crane, winder, drilling and workover rigs, agricultural vehicle, elevator, and construction machinery. When TL2012 is supplied for use on oil immersed applications, the friction value will be much lower
than it is used in dry conditions.
