TMG introduces Deutz technology and manufactures B/FL413F/513 air cooled engine and water cooled engine of series BFM1015, TCD2015 and TCD12.0/16.0, as well as independently develops 6V/8V/12V132 engine, explosio-proof engine, marine diesel engine, gas engine,
methanol engine,vertical outboard diesel engine and others, widely used in machinery and
equipment, generator set, oil equipment, nuclear power equipment, spedal vehicle, marine equipment, truck, saloon car, emergency rescue equipment, and exported in batches to more than 10 countries and regions as Germany, Russia, India, Malaysia, Iran, Turkey, Zimbabwe.
Products Technical Characteristics
1. V-type, four-stroke engine, using one cylinder and one cover structure, easy disassembly and maintenance.
2.Four valves per cylinder, medium injector, high injection pressure oil supply injection system, can match electronic speed regulation system.
3.Using advanced technology to optimize the design of the machine, through the integrated multifunctional design, the number of parts of the machine is greatly reduced.
4. Cast gantry type crankcase, alloy steel integral die forging crankshaft, good structural stiffness, accessories a large number of gear drive, the use of internal oil channel, internal water channel design, external nozzle significantly reduced.
5. With strong high temperature resistance to start performance, in high temperature Gobi desert and reliable operation.
6. Without any auxiliary device can be directly started at -17ºC; Equipped with flame preheating auxiliary starting device can be directly started at -32ºC.
