The noise of Plasma spraying is up to 115-120db, HVOF spraying is even up to 130-140db. In order to reach the standard of national environment noise 75db and even more lower noise, the soundproof room will be essential for the spraying production.
The soundproof room consists of main room, soundproof door, vacuum soundproof window, suction silencer, exhaust hood.
Soundproof wall and door was made by 2mm spraying cold plate, sound-absorbling cotton, asbestos board, silencer module, fire-proof fabric, 1mm spraying perforated plate. The thickness of whole wall is more than 100mm.
The window is made by multilayer vacuum armored glass. The quantity of window also can be designed by customer request.
