Sulfonylurea pyridine diuretics and its role in Henry's medullary thick ascending limb segment inhibit Na+/k+/2CI- carrier system that allows  urine Na+, k+, Cl- and water excretion,  but renal glomerular filtration rate, renal plasma flow or in vivo, no significant effect on  acid-base balance.

The product is suitable for the need for rapid diuresis or not oral diuretic congestive heart failure, cirrhosis, kidney disease caused by edema.
