Turrent rewinder with auto changer
Rewinding method: Center rewind, four-sets rewind working stations, automatically changeover .
Tension control: Rewinding friction shaft pneumatically control with Germany proportional valve.
Tension detects: Up and down rewind stations are both controlled by PLC.
Rewinding drive: Four-set rewind shafts independently controlled by four servo motors, makes output tension much more stable and precisely.
Diameter detects: Encoder detects rewind diameter, feedback to PLC control tension.
Rewinding method: Center rewind, four-sets rewind working stations, automatically changeover .
